In addition to the Prothonotary’s fees, parties to custody actions may be required to attend “Children in the Middle” classes at the Family Guidance Center. The cost of the class is $45.00. It is payable directly to the Family Guidance Center when a reservation is made.
Parties to custody actions may also be required to pay a mediation fee of $85.00.
Filing fees may be waived by the Court. Persons asking the Court to waive filing fees should file a Petition to Proceed in Forma Pauperis. Additional information can be found at http://www.pacourts.us/assets/files/page-759/file-3865.pdf.
